How Obstructive Sleep Apnea Works

OSA occurs when the muscles at the back of your throat relax too much, blocking your airway and interrupting your breathing. These pauses can happen multiple times a night, reducing oxygen levels and fragmenting your sleep. Common symptoms include loud snoring, gasping for air during sleep, morning fatigue, and difficulty concentrating during the day. Left untreated, OSA can increase the risk of heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and other serious conditions.

Why Obstructive Sleep Apnea with Breeze?

We offer custom-fit oral appliances that gently reposition your jaw and tongue to keep your airway open throughout the night. These devices are a comfortable and effective alternative to CPAP machines for mild to moderate cases of OSA, helping you achieve consistent, uninterrupted sleep.
